We are always applying ourselves to better our service for all our valued customers. Following are some questions our customer asked us.

1)   About warranty time

All China products sold from our site all have one-year warranty since the date you ordered the product and 7-days for exchange a new one.

2)   About warranty range

    We will only be held responsible for warranty products which are purchased directly from our website with an order number. Purchased from reseller who has purchased from us are not included. Please contact the reseller who sold it to you.

3)   Instructions for returning faulty goods

    1. before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

    2. if there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

    3. generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS. If the package detained by custom,or any tax need to pay, we cannot take responsibility .



Special Notice:   Please only send back the defected product body with one battery in order to test after fetching from the factory. If the defected product is including other accessories (such as the back cover and stylus pen and memory card about phones and so on), we would not take responsibility for the loss in the transaction. Please write the problem of products clearly and write your email address on a piece of paper put in the box. So that we can solve the problem and contact you as soon as possible .If not, we only can wait you contact us then deal with it. You'd better make a note write like this:

1. Q: Can Hong Kong Post or China Post air mail support to delivery to our country for example Ukraine?

A: Yes, of course, friend. Just place the order directly; Our all products are free shipping

 

2. Q: Is the mobile XX in stock?

A: All the items on line in our store are in stock, or you can be online or send an email consult us(our email is export@dolmobile.com) .

 

3. Q: The GPS function in the description, is A-GPS only?

A:No,friend. They can support both A-GPS and GPS Navigation .And all the mobiles with CPU MT6573/MT6513/MT6575 can support GPS  Navigation and IGO Navigation too

 

4. Q: Can the mobile support XX language?

A: It can support the languages in the description .But for Chinese brand Lenovo A750, ZP100, can only support English.

 

5. Why you have different prices in your shop?

A: It is because that we use different shipping way and we have some old listings which price is not changed in time, you can just find the best price and buy if it is the same product. And it does not mean that low price is low quality, they are the same products.

Shipment                                                                                  

1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

2. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.

3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address.

4. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.

5. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

6. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

7. Due to stock and status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

8. Delivery Time: China Post Air Mail & Hong Kong Post Air Mail usually takes 25-40 business days, but for Brazil, it may take 40-60 business due to the customs strictly in this country. EMS usually takes 15-22 business days, for Brazil, it may take more than 22 business days due to the customs strictly in this country. UPS/DHL/FedEx usually takes 4-8 business days to your country. In addition, bad weather and holidays or hot seasons might cause delay of the delivery.

9. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.

10. Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility

 

Return/Refund                                                                      

1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date if was received. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.

2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your PO#.

3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original conditions and packaging with all components and accessories included. AFTER BOTH buyer and seller cancel the transaction from aliexpress. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.

  

Guarantee                                                                                    

1. 12 months Manufacturer?s limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

Note: For tablet PC and mobile phone, if buyer is interested in upgrade system by himself, warranty in one year will be unavailable any more.

2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH EXPIRED WARRANTY.
